All our products are handcrafted in small batches — minor natural variations in color, texture, or consistency are a sign of authenticity, not a defect.
All product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit quantities available to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Asma Kare reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until Asma Kare confirms acceptance.
For advance payment methods (Bank Transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa), we must receive and verify your payment confirmation before your order is accepted and dispatched. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, acceptance is confirmed when we dispatch your order.
Please review your order carefully before submitting, as Asma Kare may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted. In the event that we do not accept or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the contact number or email provided at the time the order was placed.
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be confirmed in your order confirmation.
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Unless otherwise stated, posted prices do not include shipping charges. Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.
We may offer promotions from time to time that affect pricing, governed by separate terms. Where there is a conflict between promotion terms and these Terms, the promotion terms will govern.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate payment and account information for all purchases. For advance payment methods, you confirm that the payment made belongs to you and that the transaction details shared with us are accurate and complete.
Section 5 — Shipping and Delivery
We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, or events outside our control.
