At Asma Kare, every product is handcrafted with care and inspected before it leaves our hands. We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Please read our policy carefully so you know exactly what to expect.


Our Policy

We have a 07-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

Please note that refunds are not offered. We only accept returns and exchanges in the case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items as described below.


Eligibility for Return or Exchange

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase
  • Be reported to us within 07 days of receiving your order

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If your item arrives defective, damaged in transit, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please note: We are only responsible for damages that occurred before or during delivery. Damages reported after the parcel has been received, opened, and checked are not eligible for return or exchange. We strongly encourage you to inspect your order in the presence of the delivery rider and flag any visible damage before signing off.

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item
  • A brief description of the issue

How to Start a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, contact us at contact@asmakare.com. Please do not send items back without first contacting us — items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If your return or exchange is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened or used products — for hygiene and safety reasons, any product that has been opened or used cannot be returned
  • Sale items — items purchased on sale or with a discount code are final sale
  • Gift cards
  • Items not in their original packaging
  • Items reported as damaged after the parcel has been received and checked

Exchanges

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item and your return is accepted, we will arrange an exchange for the same product. Simply contact us at contact@asmakare.com with your order details and photos, and we will guide you through the process.


Exceptions

As our products are personal care and skincare items, we follow strict hygiene guidelines. We are unable to accept returns on any product that has been opened, tested, or used — regardless of the reason. This policy exists to protect the health and safety of all our customers.
