Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders over PKR 5,000 across Pakistan. No code needed — it applies automatically at checkout.

We believe getting clean, honest skincare to your door shouldn't cost extra when you're stocking up. This is our way of saying thank you for trusting us.

Where We Ship

We currently ship across Pakistan — all major cities and most remote areas including:

Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Quetta, Faisalabad, Multan, Sialkot, Hyderabad, and all other cities and towns served by our courier partners.

If you are unsure whether we deliver to your area, please message us on WhatsApp before placing your order and we'll confirm right away.


Delivery Timeframes

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues, public holidays, or high-demand periods. We will always try to keep you informed if there is a delay with your order.

Please note: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day.


Payment Method

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD), Bank Deposit, JazzCash, and EasyPaisa for your convenience. Full account details for each payment method are available at checkout. For all advance payments, simply send your payment screenshot to our WhatsApp once done and we'll confirm your order right away.

A small COD handling fee of PKR 50 may apply on certain orders. This will always be shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order.


Order Processing

Once your order is placed and confirmed:

  1. We prepare your order fresh — since we make in small batches, we want to ensure you receive the freshest product possible
  2. Your order is carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit
  3. It is handed to our courier partner within 1–2 business days
  4. You will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or Email once your order is dispatched

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number via the contact number you provided at checkout. You can use this to track your parcel directly on the courier's website.

If you have not received a tracking update within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us and we will look into it immediately.


Packaging

Every Asma Kare order is packed with care. We use secure, protective packaging to make sure your products arrive in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged due to a packaging failure on our end, please see our Returns & Refund Policy or contact us directly — we will make it right.


Important Notes

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier once the parcel has been dispatched. However, we will always do our best to help resolve any issues.
  • Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct at checkout. We cannot reroute parcels once they have been dispatched.
  • In case of a failed delivery attempt, the courier will typically try again the following business day. After two failed attempts, the parcel may be returned to us.
  • PO Box addresses are not supported — please provide a full street address.
