🛍️ Orders & Shopping
How do I place an order? Simply browse our store, add your desired product to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Fill in your delivery details, select your preferred payment method, and confirm your order. It's that simple.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it? We begin processing orders quickly, so please contact us immediately via WhatsApp if you need to make a change. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee modifications once an order has been confirmed.
Will I receive an order confirmation? Yes. You will receive an order confirmation via email as soon as your order is placed. If you do not receive it within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Do I need an account to place an order? No. You can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track your orders, save your details, and enjoy a faster checkout experience next time.
💳 Payment
What payment methods do you accept? We accept the following payment methods:
- Cash on Delivery (COD) — pay cash to the rider when your order arrives
- Bank Deposit / Transfer — transfer to our bank account before dispatch
- JazzCash — send payment to our JazzCash account before dispatch
- EasyPaisa — send payment to our EasyPaisa account before dispatch

How do I confirm my advance payment? After making a bank transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa payment, please send your payment screenshot along with your name and order number to our WhatsApp. Your order will be processed once payment is verified.
Is it safe to shop on your website? Yes. Our store is powered by Shopify, which uses industry-standard SSL encryption to keep your information secure.
Is COD available everywhere in Pakistan? Yes, Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
How much does shipping cost? Standard shipping is PKR 200. Orders over PKR 5,000 qualify for free shipping — applied automatically at checkout.
How long will my order take to arrive?
- Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, etc.) — 2–4 business days
- Other cities and towns — 4–6 business days
- Remote areas — 6–9 business days
Please note orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Do you ship all over Pakistan? Yes, we ship to all major cities and most areas across Pakistan. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your area, please message us on WhatsApp before placing your order.
Will I get a tracking number? Yes. Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS so you can follow your parcel.
What if my order is delayed? While we do everything we can to dispatch your order on time, occasional courier delays may occur. If your order is taking longer than expected, please contact us and we will look into it right away.

Are your products 100% natural? Yes. Every Asma Kare product is made with 100% natural ingredients — no synthetics, no parabens, no sulfates, no artificial fragrance, and no fillers. What you see on the label is exactly what's inside.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin? Our products are formulated with gentle, natural ingredients. However, as with any skincare product, we recommend doing a patch test before full use — especially if you have sensitive skin or known allergies. Apply a small amount to your inner arm and wait 24 hours before using.
Are your products cruelty free? Yes. Asma Kare products are never tested on animals.
What is the shelf life of your products?
- Herbal Hair Growth Oil — 12 months from date of manufacture
- Beef Tallow Moisturizer — 8–10 months from date of manufacture
Store both products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve their freshness and potency.
Are your products suitable for men? Absolutely. Both the Hair Growth Oil and Beef Tallow Moisturizer are suitable for all genders.
🌱 Ingredients
What is in the Herbal Hair Growth Oil? Our Hair Growth Oil contains 6 Ayurvedic herbs (Bhringraj, Dried Amla, Hibiscus Flower, Methi Dana, Curry Leaves, Neem Leaves), 6 cold-pressed base oils (Castor, Almond, Coconut, Sesame, Argan, Black Seed), 4 essential oils, and Vitamin E. Nothing else.
What is in the Beef Tallow Moisturizer? Our Beef Tallow Moisturizer contains Grass-Fed Beef Tallow, Coconut Oil, Lavender, and Vitamin E. That's it — four honest ingredients.
Where is the beef tallow sourced from? We use tallow sourced from grass-fed cattle, ethically and responsibly sourced. It is free from hormones and additives.
Why beef tallow in a moisturizer? Beef tallow has been used for centuries as a skin moisturizer and is remarkably compatible with human skin. It is rich in fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K), deeply hydrating, and helps repair the skin barrier — without any synthetic ingredients. It is one of nature's most effective moisturizers, and we brought it back because it genuinely works.
Are your products halal? Yes. All our ingredients are halal. Our beef tallow is sourced from cattle slaughtered in accordance with halal standards.
💆 How to Use
How do I use the Herbal Hair Growth Oil? Apply generously to your scalp and hair. Massage in gently for 3–5 minutes to stimulate circulation. Leave on for at least 2 hours or overnight for best results. Wash out with your regular shampoo. Use 2–3 times per week for optimal results.
How long before I see results from the Hair Growth Oil? Natural products work with your body, not against it — so consistency is key. Most customers begin noticing reduced hair fall within 3–4 weeks and visible new growth within 6–8 weeks of regular use.
How do I use the Beef Tallow Moisturizer? Take a small amount and warm it between your fingertips. Apply to clean, slightly damp skin using gentle circular motions. Use morning and night for best results. A little goes a long way.
Will the Beef Tallow Moisturizer make my skin greasy? No — when applied correctly to slightly damp skin in a small amount, it absorbs beautifully without leaving a greasy residue. Tallow is uniquely compatible with human skin, which is why it absorbs so well.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
Do you offer refunds? We do not offer refunds. We only accept returns and exchanges in the case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
What if my order arrives damaged? Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the damaged item and your order number. We will arrange an exchange right away.
Can I return an opened product? No. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged.
How do I start a return or exchange? Email us at contact@asmakare.com or message us on WhatsApp with your order number and photos. Do not send items back without contacting us first — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

How are orders packaged? Every Asma Kare order is packed securely to protect your products during transit. We take care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.
Is your packaging eco-friendly? We are working towards more sustainable packaging options. We believe in being responsible — not just with what goes inside our products, but with how we present them too.
